A beautiful pear reduction atop juicy pork chops and served with a side of parmesan bacon brussels sprouts tossed with rosemary redskin potatoes. YUM!

This dish was a big hit with my family. The pork with the pear reduction sauce and the potatoes and Brussels sprouts had so much flavor. The bacon pieces added a great crunchy texture to the potatoes as well. Will definitely get this one again!
