A beautiful pear reduction atop juicy pork chops and served with a side of parmesan bacon brussels sprouts tossed with rosemary redskin potatoes. YUM!

And I must say I didn't think I was a fan of brussel sprouts until I ate these. This is a meal I would want to serve to guests to "impress". Every thing went together and complimented each other. You guys need to start pairing wines with your meals.
