I have grown to dislike pork chops (the smell made me so sick during my pregnancy). I took a chance on these a couple months back. LOVE THEM!

My teenage boys "hate pork chops". But I talked them into trying these and they gobbled up every morsel. They have a whole new view of pork chops now! Thank you Chef Elizabeth :)

The blended flavors of the cheese, chive, and bacon on top of these chops is DIVINE! I served these to company and MAN were they impressed!
