This is simply the best enchilada I've ever had. The pork filling is INCREDIBLE! I could have eaten a bucket of it, just by itself. The entire dish just works really well together. Top notch meal!

I don't know how you guys do what you do, but this is a homerun. Different that "regular" Mexican. You took it up a notch with this one.
