Love this chili. It is a great alternative to traditional chili. You know you are eating healthy when its packed full of veggies. Although I must say they are camouflaged very well for people who don't like veggies (aka my hubby and kids). Very hearty but light at the same time. I really enjoy that you used ground turkey and that this is a heat and serve meal. I always buy a bigger portion so my husband and I can take some for lunch the next day.
